Tim Gillingham – Managing Director
Tim has over 24 years experience of working in the employee benefits market. He has held a variety of roles involving administration, business development and senior management for firms including L&M (Pensions), NPI, Liberty Pensions and JS&P Ltd. At JS&P he was Head of the Employee benefits division. Tim is a fellow of the Pensions Management Institute and is a Chartered Insurer of the Insurance Institute.
Howard Finch – Director
Howard has worked in the financial services industry since 1993, involving advisory, business development and senior management positions for firms including Standard Life, JS&P and Towry Law. At Towry Law he was the Corporate Manager leading the three practices in the North region.
Howard is MBA qualified.
Lucy Clark – Consultant
Lucy has worked for a number of leading Consultancy firms including Barnett Waddingham, AON and JS&P. She has carried out a variety of pension administration and consulting roles and was a senior consultant at JS&P. Lucy is an associate of the Pensions Management Institute.
